Thank you for choosing 848 Artworks. Since all my products are digital files, refunds are generally not available. However, I understand that issues can arise, and I’m committed to making things right whenever possible. Here’s how I handle refund requests:

1. Non-Refundable Products

Because my products are delivered digitally, they cannot be returned, and refunds are not typically offered. Once you’ve downloaded the file, the transaction is considered final.

2. Situations Where Refunds May Be Considered

I may issue a refund in the following exceptional cases:

• If you accidentally made a duplicate purchase of the same product.
• If there’s a technical issue with the file that I cannot resolve or replace.
• If an unexpected error occurred during the purchase process.

For example, if your small child accidentally purchases $10,000 worth of products, I will gladly refund the full amount—minus any transaction fees.

3. Resolving Issues

If you experience a problem with your purchase, such as a corrupted file or download error, please contact me at support@848artworks.com. I’ll do everything I can to help resolve the issue or provide a replacement file.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the above terms, please email me at support@848artworks.com with the following details:

• Your name and email address used during the purchase.
• The order number or transaction ID.
• A brief description of the issue.

I’ll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
