Can I get a refund for my purchase?

Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are generally not available. However, if there’s an issue with your purchase, we’ll do our best to resolve it. For instance, if your small child accidentally buys $10,000 worth of products, rest assured I will refund the full amount minus any transaction fees.

Can you print my photos for me?

What should I do if I accidentally deleted the file?

If you accidentally deleted your purchased file, you can re-download it up to 8 times within 18 days from the date of purchase.
